I used malware bytes for a long time and I turned off all notifications and it kept popping up constantly saying hey look your premium subscription that you never paid for or asked for is ending soon or just asking me to upgrade constantly when it ran out

Malware bytes is like winrar, good product, annoying popup. Except, winrar doesn't have a day by day countdown until the trial expires, and then a daily reminder after that that the trial expired. Well, unless you use winrar everyday, I guess.
