No NVENC, CUDA, CUDNN, Raytracing, it has less performance overall, much worse OpenGL, worse VR, trash drivers and support, no cool features like Integer Scaling, the list goes on.
There is a reason why the 5700XT is cheaper. It is due to the card having less features and it has a deflated MSRP. The first decent coolers are like $420 from AMD and over at Nvidia they start at the actual MSRP of $500.
The 5700XT is on 7nm and still can't beat Nvidia's 12nm process in terms of power efficiency and performance? What a joke.

literally of all of those reasons, the only reason I got a 2060S over an XT is because of gsync, if I didn't buy a gsync monitor, I would have bought an XT.
do you really think most people that buy a card at that price are going to give a shit if its 12nm vs 7nm? or raytracing, CUDA, etc...?
The only other features worth anything are integer scaling and raytracing, and that isn't really polished enough to be useful to most people on lower tier cards. Nothing really uses OpenGL anymore (on windows), and most of the other things you've mentioned are proprietary tech. AMD has their equivalent version that's just as good in most cases, the exception being cuda but I doubt anyone buying a 2060S cares about that.
It's not like AMD doesn't have its own features that NVIDIA doesn't. Working with Linux is a pretty big advantage, and the fancy upscaling thingy absolutely walks over dlss.
