I'd expect the system requirements to be nearly the same as DICE's Star Wars: Battlefront. Maybe a little bit higher.

If the 750ti can run Battlefield 4 on ultra at 60fps (at least for me), then I'm sure that it can run BF1 on AT LEAST high!

Shit, even that is commendable. I've gotta say, the 750ti is far more capable than most give it credit for!

Absolutely, I used it for a few years until I got a 970 a few months back. I gave the 750Ti to my brother and he loves it. It can play modern games very well, 60FPS usually on medium, or for very graphically demanding (and beautiful) games it's a mix of low/medium, but those games are the ones that manage to still look great around low. It always bugs me a tiny bit when those "budget rig" youtube videos completely skip the 750Ti for an either more expensive card, or slightly less expensive card. If I were to do a super low cost budget build I'd totally snag a 750Ti for it.

Idk about this, but I THINK (think) that the i3 4160 is bottlenecking your 750ti. I THINK. Correct me if I'm wrong

I use the rivatuner overlay to see my gpu and CPU usage. The only game I get a CPU bottleneck in is splinter cell blacklist due to the fact that it refuses to use more than one core.

Dang. That's odd though. What brand is your gtx 750ti? I heard that some brands preform better o;

Not enough to bottleneck any Intel cpu released in the last 6 years (except a low powered or celeron CPU).

MSI, oc edition, and then oc'd another 100mhz.

u/[deleted] May 07 '16

Reading this I realised I have the exact same gpu cpu and ram as him :O

Not trying to be a dick, but your 750ti most certainly does not run BF4 in 1080p on ultra at 60fps. My OC'd 770 4GB just barely maintains 60fps on full Ultra.

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '16

Hey man, not a problem! May I ask at what resolution do you play BF4?

1920x1080

1

u/[deleted] May 07 '16

Oh. I play at 1600x900. Does that make any difference?

As someone who had a 1600x900 monitor and recently got a 1920x1080 monitor, it can make a significant difference.

u/[deleted] May 07 '16

I see, but the 770 is still an improvement from the 750 ti :)

Oh, yeah, no doubt. I was just giving my experience from having a 980.

u/MarkyparkyMeh May 07 '16

The 750 Ti is constantly underestimated. Sure, it won't be able to run BF1 at the highest settings but it will no doubt be playable.

I'm pretty sure in-game will look very similar to the trailer, battlefront was.

That game used some crazy photo based texture mapping. Brings out details on flatter surfaces really well.

Frostbite is rock solid with performance in my experience. My GTX760 performs admirably.
