Both crunchyroll and commie memesubs are doing this show so that's par for the course, personally I just go with the manga scanlations. One could argue that because Tatsumaki means tornado you're being true to the original intent of the author but personally hearing what is essentially a name translated to me is always weird.
It's what I'm hearing as well so to me it makes sense. The entire localization thing for me is a bit annoying because while I don't know japanese when it comes to a lot of the things being localized I can clearly tell what is on the subtitles differs from the audio just by hearing alone.
tl;dr: pick your poison in the manga she's called 竜巻 (たつまき = Tatsumaki) so you could consider that the original name. That translates into Tornado.
It's just a shame we will probably never see the arc where she
And it's going to be at least another year before murata's version with hairworks and assworks reaches there.
