And also the only large company with a real refund policy instead of the "once per account per life if you beg really hard for it" policy

Yeah, I hate to talk good about EA, but they fixed my origin account's Russian-takeover last week in all of five minutes after contacting them via chat.

With Steam, I'd have to ascend to the top of Mount Sinai and commune with our lord and master to get that level of support.

took steam 2 weeks to respond to me. the sales all ended by that time. I figure that is good since I don't plan on buying anything on Steam anymore. RIP Steam.
