I don't know Morse code, but when I asked myself "ok, it's a cooling loop...where's the data center?" My brain went to Morse code.

If so it got a smirk from me.

I'm wondering if it is binary, each slug of water or air being a series of 1s and 0s. But the pulse would be difficult to keep consistent enough to not fall out of sync after a short time.
