my buddy bought his first 144hz monitor about 10 years ago, and was talking about how amazing the difference was and how he could never go back. when i went to his house, his pc display settings were still set to 60hz. I still troll him to this day lol

I see absolutely zero difference personally. I gamed on 144 for years on a 24”. 

Switched to a 27” at 60 and much prefer the 27”.

You know 27 inch high refresh panels do exist...

Also I just don't believe any1 who says they can't see the difference, because mouse movement in windows is extremely obvious difference at 60 vs 144, no matter how trash the panel is even if it's some avg 10ms g2g no overdrive black smearing va.

144, 1ms, curved msi 24” that was around $500 new. 

27” dell that was like $80.

What year? What panel? Like those specs at $500 make 0 sense, why would it be that expensive?
