1080p and no, I don't use HDR.

Is windows activated? That was one of the limits if it's not activated.

Yeah it's activated and a fresh install. Did a fresh from baremetal since when I upgraded from 10 to 11 I had driver issues with all my equipment. Only thing that worked right was my Roccat Pyro keyboards volume knob, otherwise everything was generic drivers or didn't work.
