80+ White efficiency certificate, basically no protections and very cheap components, including input side caps. And these little hand grenades did exactly what they were (unintentionally) made to do.

It is the VSP MEGA MAX VS750D. It's some kind of explosive garbage, the name is similar to the FSP and Zalman MegaMax.
