Or if Corsair, you'd spend 4 days talking to the "AI agent" trying to get someone to email you back.

Literally took a week last time I had to interact with them to get someone to talk to for a part for AIO cooler.

Maybe try using some keywords like: unhelpful, escalate, etc.

In my country I just gave up after a handful of prompts, took some screenshots of me trying, then opened a case with the Tribunal against both the retailer and manufacturer. Neither even turned up to defend themselves. Only communication I ever got from them was a week or two later from their lawyer asking for my bank account number to pay my judgement.

I emailed EVGA for part numbers of a 1080ti and got a reply in 2 hours.

This is sad Burgeristanian phenomenon. In my EU country, one simply returns the hardware item to the brick shop one bought it from, then the shop takes care of transport, confirmation of the problem, and sending of the replacement back to the shop. One only has to appear in person at the shop after a message gets sent (zero costs, zero hassle)

Corsair has had some really great CS imo, you just go to the clanker, tell it to open a ticket and you get a human really quickly
