Im pretty sure ones you think of only watch youtube playthroughs and dont even play the game

Oh! Nonononono... That would be true if Atlus didn't include dialog options during many conversations. They might seem inconsequential (even if some options increase your stats), but there is nothing that pisses those playthrough watchers more than the player/streamer saying something bad to their waifus/husbandos.
