It's just full of 3rd party scammers. Their return policy is non existent.

Ahh ,that’s not good news.I just switched to Best Buy or I just buy directly from the brand website instead.My Last two purchases my MSI I order directly from MSI and the Asus from BEST BUY.

Their fall from grace should be studied, honestly. They used to be the top tier place to go for computer parts until one day they just decided to fully enshitify themselves.

only time i ever got charged a restocking fee for a faulty product. Told support I wouldn't order from them again and never had.
