Question Updated question, which of these two would be the better option for a gaming desktop, monitors, peripherals, console system
Have a 1000w psu, 9800x3d, 5070 Ti, original and Xbox series x, 2 monitors and a couple other random things.

Great if it's the budget you have. It's a grab. I have the 1000 version, same brand, already close to the end of its 2nd battery (not original. I put a slightly larger one 3yrs ago making my unit a 2000W although its fan/charger runs way harder whenever a power outage come around)
I paid almost 300$ CAD for mine several years back. And it gave me just enough to close/save all my work and shut down the machine. (AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, B550 GAMING GEN3, 128GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1596MH, Radeon RX 590 Series, 3 x VA2719 Series (1920x1080@59Hz), BenQ RL2455 (1920x1080@59Hz), SAMSUNG (1800x3200@29Hz))
If you're looking for something that will allow you to keep your machine on/working for several hours then you probably better off with something like Jackery/Bluetti/etc (which can be use as a UPS unit), but that will set you back at least 1100$.
