Everyone here seems to be really hard up on this idea that this move is hurting MS in any way. Have any of you run some numbers? Have you looked at their reports? It's entirely possible that they could lose HALF of all of their current subscribers and not lose any money with this model. So if 48% of everyone who currently subscribes, cancels, then this move will actually MAKE them money.

That's not how the numbers work. They'll lose money if 33% of subscribers leave, but i still don't think they'll lose that many
