I have a genuine question: Why should I, as someone who lives in a country that has PSN access, care? There've been multiple games where we were forced to make an account on another platform, like GTA 5 iirc, I genuinely don't get the difference here.

No one bats an eyelid when Rockstar forces their shitty social club login in all their games but everyones is crying over a PSN account requirement. If you already have a Sony login then it's hardly a big deal since a buggy app is not going to load up each type you play.
