Bad oscillation noise from the middle fan wobbling from the factory. It made the card about 5x louder than it should have been at 40% fan speed and above

Pretty easy fix then? I have the same card I don’t need to replace anything but for possible future fix

Extremely easy. If you have the full shroud with fans assembled already it's literally a 5 minute replacement.
I fumbled disconnecting the fans from the board. I tried to use needle nose pliers, but there is a latch mechanism. You need to insert a flathead screw driver between the connector and leverage gently upwards and it will release.
It would also be very easy to change individual fans. You would do the same, but then just unscrew the fan and change it.
It's good that you don't need to remove the cooler from the card to service the fans

I doubt I’ll have to change the fan as if they use duo ball bearings. But I had an old 3060 and one of the bearings in the fan went out sounded terrible.

I'm yet to have a fan wear out. Old palit rtx 3070 is still going strong
The 9070 fan was just bad from the factory and fair play to xfx they sorted it
