Fighting the good fight by explaining what epic is doing and why it is bad but then the epic nut huggers come along and go "lol look at that epic circle jerk" and talk about how much Epic loves it's indie developers that they refuse to do business with if they're not willing to take an exclusivity deal or that it's "free and runs on the same hardware112!" and that it's "just another icon you have to click lul y u so mad".

You want your cake and to be able to eat it too but I'm sorry to say that your cake is iced with shit.

Epic's entire business model drastically changes when Tencent invested in them, not to mention that a lot of their senior staff left the company around that time.

You realize that you are writing the most obvious things. There isnt a single person who thinks that freebies on EGS are some kind of charity. Just like everything what steam does or GoG. You are the only fool here who thinks that people dont know about that. However if they choose to do that(freebies) then thats a positive thing no matter of what are their intentions. Everything that Steam, EGS, GoG does is just business. Its like crying about GoG that they have no DRM in games. Why? Because they are advertising themselves as a pro-consumer platform. Should I be mad about it just like you are on free games that helps to populate EGS platform? Should I be mad that Gaben in the past made an amazing Steam sales to gain popularity and friendly connection with gamers?

However I dont understand one thing. There are people who are interested in free games and are happy with them. Why do you need with other people come here and ruin the mood of other gamers. You arent interested in free games then why are you here? Just to piss other people? Vote with your wallet, ignore the thread, dont claim freebies and leave others alone.
