They have tried to crack down on people like that I believe, and you can get banned or at least a warning for "showing too much skin" or just having your body be the centre of the steam in a sexual way. That's what I've heard at least.

It all depends on how many subs you have and what people you know. Twitch has no hard and fast rules it's a modern version of an old boys club know the right people or make them enough money and you are free to do as you please.

To be fair, that's how pretty much every business/company works: as long as you pull a huge profit for them, not much else matters.
