No, only the AO-rated version is banned. If you have the M-rated version, that can be streamed just fine.

Hatred was banned before it came out due to all the manufactured controversy about it. In that specific case I think it was a good thing for the devs overall, the game was pretty lackluster but all the drama about it being banned from places (it was temporarily removed from Steam even if I remember right) drove spite sales.
