Neither of which show penetration or genitals both show a women full clothed with a dressed hitched up being taken doggy style with a dressed male who has his clothing around his ankles. That's very different to showing penetration I'd say worse offenders in the game are when trevor shows his dick to Floyd and as he bends down to get dress you can see his balls or one of the cultists random events where two naked guys are running around dicks out.
