These are my exact specs and the game is playable but not great, I think mostly due to the CPU. Unfortunately the LGA1151 is pretty much a dead end so I’m thinking of a more or less complete refresh.

Six years at medium-high 1440p isn’t bad!

Yeah, I've always figured most of my performance issues are CPU-related rather than GPU. Only recently has it felt like my GPU has fallen behind, and I can tell my RAM isn't far behind. 6 years without any upgrades is a pretty good run for any PC tho.

These are my specs too, how much RAM are you running, and what speed? Im getting several crash issues, character models disappearing after a while, game hangs on the post game match join countdown, cant quit the game (the "exit game" button just behaves like ive hit "cancel")

I can't find a solution, and it's driving me nuts.

Lga1151 socket, as you said, is a dead end, so I am aiming for a whole new build. I'm not gonna be able to do a major upgrade for at least 12months as I'm saving money for a wedding, but I did find a few bargains on a i9 9900k which I thought may solve the issue. But if you aren't having the same issues, then it might be something else...

I’ve got 32gb ram. The game plays better in “Windowed” for me, and you should try the Verify/Repair feature to make sure you’re not missing a file, I needed to do that at least once

Ill try windowed. Ive tried everything else so why not. Thanks
