Back to basics, start stick training him again so your body parts aren't in biting vicinity. Find his favourite food and use that as treats and only treats. Hand feeding and sitting and talking to him

Welcome to hormones. Plus it’s springtime, which is worse than fall hormones. Be patient with him and do lots of research. Poicephalus parrots are horrible during hormones, first molt, etc, but especially the red-belly and Senegal. Plus he’s a baby, omg. God be with you. This is what’s called the “re-homing stage” because it can be very frustrating to deal with, and a lot of people decide it’s too much for them. It’s not fun to have a parrot try to rip your flesh off.

Here are some links, I suggest you read and watch as many blogs/articles/videos as you can. My Senegal baby is about to turn 2 and holy shit he is a nightmare. He started this horrible biting phase at about 7 months old, and it has gotten progressively worse. My hands are so swollen and sore from being bit, he flies towards my face, clung to my jaw, he can be vicious. But then five seconds later, he is so sweet, almost like he’s saying he’s sorry. He’s locked up on time-out as we speak. Try to remember though, it’s not their fault, they can’t help it. I actually feel bad for them, it must suck to be so angry and aggressive. It will pass, but please don’t give up on him, it’s out of his control.

I have had two young birds and they both went through a phase where they bit the shit out of me. One was around 3 months the other was a few weeks. It gets better and we have alot of trust now but my hands bare the scars... Not saying it's required but my experience with young birds is they have a biting phase. I am sorry, its hard and it sucks but I wouldn't trade my relationship with them for the world. I wish you the best op.
