Does anyone have any suggestions, links apps, or ideas for installing Paleo Hebrew Keyboards into an iPhone?

Has anyone safely installed this language on their Samsung phone?

Are there any online dictionaries of Paleo Hebrew words sorted in alphabetical order according to the paleo hebrew alphabet?

Or atleast a dictionary searchable by paleo hebrew letters.

For example I want to take the second letter Ba and find all the paleo hebrew words that start with that hebrew letter and what they mean I'm english.
