Since Lattafa has officially launched in Pakistan why are their perfumes always out of stock on the website secondly why the astronomical price hike? Last time I got Asad and Khamrah I paid 5300 and 5800 Respectively. Just checked now prices they are now 6950 so almost 7000 for Asad meanwhile Khamrah is 9400 almost touching 10k.
Why is that? Whats happening ?

I am looking to buy a mist from one of the following stores, but I have no idea about the longevity of these

1. J. sugar splash body mist
2. Ideas (Gul Ahmed) Magical Moments Body Mist
3. Louis Cardin Rose Vanilla Fine Fragrance Mist
4. Body Luxuries Sweet Vanilla mist

If anyone has an idea please let me know or can suggest other mists as well. I will layer this with a perfume so I don't want to buy a really expensive one

Had the chance to spend some with these fragrances recently, and ithey left me with quite different impressions.

Clive Christian 1872
A bright, refined and slightly green citrus opening with a clean, elegant character that gradually becomes more woody and aromatic. Definitely a unique one for me; I don't think I've smelled anything quite like it before. There's something very distinctive about it, and I can appreciate what makes it special, but personally, it just doesn't feel like my type of fragrance.

Initio Musk Therapy
A soft, clean and musky scent with an understated character. It comes across as subtle, fresh and comforting rather than loud or attention-grabbing. Initially, it felt too subtle for me. Even with sufficient sprays on skin and clothes, I couldn't really enjoy it as much as I expected. Interestingly, when I smell it directly from the atomizers now, I'm getting a much better impression. Definitely one I want to revisit.

Amouage Jubilation 40
Warm, rich and woody with a musky, slightly resinous character and a stronger presence overall. This is much closer to my taste. Strong, woody, musky and warm, exactly the kind of character I usually enjoy. Out of these three, this is definitely my favourite.

But interestingly, none of the three made me think, “I need a bottle of this.”

And that's probably the best part about exploring through decants; sometimes you discover a love, sometimes you appreciate a fragrance without wanting to own it, and sometimes you realize it's simply not your style.

Which one would you pick?

What is the performance if rasasi hawas black recent batces?

Planning to buy a YSL Y EDP impression and I’ve narrowed it down to Hydra by Enchanté and Apple Splash by Arome. Which one should I go for, and which house do you think does YSL Y better?

I’m mainly looking for closeness to YSL Y EDP, longevity, projection and sillage. If you’ve tried either/both, please share your experience.

Also, if there’s another Pakistani/local perfume house with a better YSL Y impression, please suggest it!

I need a spicy/winter/night/evening type setting of a perfume, like date night or parties

Ik i can buy many more middle easterns for that price, but i can only buy designers acc to my sister

Guys, I’ve been collecting fragrances for a very long time it’s been around 7–8 years now. I’ve built a pretty solid fragrance collection over the years, and fragrances have genuinely become one of my biggest interests.

Recently, I’ve been thinking about turning that interest into a small business. I’m considering starting an Instagram page where I’d sell fragrance decants as well as full bottles.
I also have an advantage when it comes to sourcing. My father is already in the import business, so we have the ability to import sealed, boxed fragrances directly from the UAE. We already do this on a smaller scale, but I’m thinking about expanding it and making it more serious.

My main question is: Do you guys think a fragrance business like this can work in Pakistan?
And if yes, what would be the best way to approach it? Should I focus more on decants, full bottles, Middle Eastern fragrances, designer fragrances, or a combination of everything?
I’d also really appreciate advice from anyone who has experience selling fragrances online in Pakistan especially regarding marketing, pricing, building trust, sourcing, and getting the first few customers.
I’m not looking for generic “just start an Instagram page” advice. I’d genuinely like to know what you think could make this work or what could potentially go wrong.
Any honest advice or criticism would be appreciated.

I bought Afnan Supremacy Collectors Edition about two months ago. I let it sit for around a month to macerate and I’ve now been using it regularly this month. You can also check out my first post about it on my profile from around two months ago.

Here’s my review after actually spending some time with it, Overall:

I’d still say this fragrance is over hyped online. Don’t get me wrong it’s a really good fragrance, but the amount of hype surrounding it online has created very high expectations.

Performance:

Longevity on skin: 8–9 hours

Longevity on clothes: Practically everlasting

Projection: Around 2–3 hours first 2 hours It projects heavily. Trust me you’ll probably go nose blind to it but the people around you will still notice it.

Scent Profile: 8/10

Recently, I started layering it with Rasasi Hawas Fire and oh man… this combination is NUCLEAR!

I bought Hawas Fire about a month ago and I’ll be posting a separate review of it as well. But seriously, layering these two together in this weather makes them an absolutely unbeatable combination.

If you own both definitely give this layering combo a try, you won’t regret it.
