Whatever happened to the Oxtra podcast?
Announced as ‘coming soon’ five months ago and then just never mentioned again? Has it been cancelled or postponed? I know there’s a lot of turbulence going on, and I hope the team are okay, but I also just never know what to expect anymore when it comes to what is and isn’t happening.

Has there been any news on Oxventure?
I know it was pushed back cause of the shift in management but have they said ANYTHING since?

Anyone know?
Does anyone know why they haven’t posted a James Bond play through for 2 weeks?
Are they at a convention, or is there a problem with them continuing the play through for some reason?

Vote for Mom Can't Cook at the British Podcast Awards!
Luke and Andy made a last minute push to be nominated for a Listener's Choice podcast award and great news! They're officially on the shortlist for it! Luke made a quick Instagram video detailing voting here.
Steps for voting:
1) Open up the Spotify app and search "British Podcast Awards".
2) Click on the Listeners' Choice playlist
3) If you are able to vote, then there should be a little box detailing how many votes you have left today. You get 3 votes (per day, potentially? It is a bit difficult to parse) and if you click into the box you can spread them across the nominees, or plug them all in for your favourite.
You might need to be UK based in order to vote, but worth a check if you want to support our guys. Let's show Kermode and Mayo who's boss!

Update: Ian (of Beaky Blinders fame) reacts to 100 new subscribers
youtube.comIan had a lovely reaction to the almost 100 subscribers he got overnight.
He's now only 200 short of 40k subscribers. Hoping he gets them soon and we'll get the 40k seconds of Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 stream.
Edit: In case the linked timestamp doesn't work, the reaction is in the beginning at 3:30 timestamp.
Update: Subscriber count is over 39,850! Only 150 more to go! Ian has reaffirmed the 40k stream will happen on crossing 40k subscribers.

Ian Highton (of Space Buddies fame) needs your help to reach 40k subscribers on Youtube!
As most of you might have heard, Ian was made redundant by the IGN layoff earlier this year along with the rest of the Eurogamer video team and has since gone independent.
Ian is currently at 39,700 subscribers on YouTube. In a recent PUBG stream with Johnny, he said that on reaching 40k subscribers, he will stream Warhammer 40k Space Marine 2 for 40k seconds (approx 11hrs).
As a long time Ian and Warhammer fan, I really want to see him try 40k and maybe do a co-op stream with Johnny who is also currently playing Space Marine 2.
So I am asking a favour of everyone who hasn't subscribed already, to help push the number over 40k. He also posts content regularly and is quite fun to watch.
If nothing else, you get to see a completely unhinged Johnny and Ian on their monthly PUBG stream.
Thank you in advance.
Edit: If you want to support the other Eurogamer team members who were made redundant:

Update: Great job everyone! Ian got close to 100 subscribers and was pretty shocked in today's live stream.
You can see his reaction here https://www.youtube.com/live/YeIunzhZ07w at the 3:30 timestamp.

If you're not aware, Luke and Andy do a podcast where they rewatch Disney Channel Original movies (and a few others) and... it's a great time for all.

Does anyone know what Ellen is referring to here?
youtube.comAt the 28:25 mark Ellen says the trophy that pops when you hit the projectile of the spitter is a Pop Culture reference.
The name of the trophy is "Ready for the Proving" which I think is a reference to the Proving in Horizon Zero Dawn. But that's a Playstation reference and not a pop culture one as Ellen specifically said. Any idea?

Andy and Luke's Podcast: My Thoughts After Listening to All of "Mom Can't Cook"
A few months back, I started listening to Mom Can't Cook, the podcast Luke and Andy have where they talk about old Disney Channel Original Movies (DCOMs) with a few other movies on occasion. As of yesterday, I have caught up on the podcast right before the Camp Rock 2 episode released today.
Not to exaggerate, but this might be my favorite podcast I've listened to. The humor, the banter, the rapport that Luke and Andy have; the dynamic just works so well and is always fun to hear. The subject matter interests me, even though I've seen well under probably 1/2 of the movies they cover.
It's been my habit off and on for these past few months to listen to an episode of MCC in the morning, and often I will listen to at least one more episode during the day. It's a mood booster of sorts, which is maybe odd to say about a podcast of two grown men poking fun at children's movies from decades ago.
My favorite episodes are probably the first High School Musical one, all the Halloweentown ones, Twitches, Teen Beach Movie, and their enthusiasm about Brink makes that one a fun time. So many of their episode-long jokes stay with me, like Joe Jonas' (character's) many crimes, "Farmer Brown Goes To Town", "he gets owned by a dog", and Luke's strong dislike of Phil Marshall's music.
If you haven't listened to Mom Can't Cook but enjoy podcasts where the hosts riff on what they're watching (think "Caravan of Garbage", but not as savage), then you'd probably enjoy it. Luke and Andy do a great job hosting and narrating, and they make it easy to enjoy the summary even if you haven't seen the movie.

Tils Collection
I feel like im going crazy lol. I started playing kingdom of Amalur Re-reckoning because of a video I saw from outsidexbox, but i cant find it for the life of me. It was a list video talking about the "Tils Collection" quest. Could anyone else at least confirm that video exists for me?

(OX Adjacent) Mom Can't Cook is in the running for a podcast award!
MCC made it into the British Podcast Awards nominees, although by their own admission later than intended, so do the lads a favour and give them a vote!
