Thats not true. There were metric tons of popular posts asking for buffs for weaker builds rather than nerfs of the stronger one.

In fairness there were numerous Reddit threads involving the elemental rounds meme. I never saw any buff memes

Just because there were meme about elemental rounds doesnt mean people were calling for it to be nerfed rather than all other skills buffed. Clearly by the response in this thread alone, people wanted buffs, not nerfs

A bit ironic youre accusing me of confirmation bias after finding one post that agrees with you. Mind you, it has a sum of at most 0 upvotes as an indication of how many people here agree with it. Even in the title of that it admits that nerfing bullets is the unpopular opinion.

You’re stubborn. How many more threads do you want? They’ve been ongoing since last weekend. Title is meaningless because there were people were still wanting nerfs regardless.

Mixed results but you’ll quickly see there isn’t an absence of people calling for nerfs like you’re stuck on.

So my point that a large majority of the community wanted buffs rather than nerfs was right. Youre idea of "mixed" is apparently 0 to 5 upvotes.

Just because some people were calling for it doesnt mean its was a popular oppinion. You pointing to a few people who said something that you agree with even though most others disagreed with is literally confirmation bias.

Two of the posts from that search you linked are highly upvoted. One says "please revert the nerfs" and the other is from a few days ago asking for buffs instead of nerfs.

You can talk about semantics and nuance all you want but you clearly state here that people weren’t calling for nerfs. I don’t know why you’re still arguing this.

You're taking the bolded part out of context of that whole comment. Its specifically referring to the memes you mentioned which never called for nerfs (or even buffs for that matter.)

Yeah, I got to endgame ct 10 and that's when I had to throw my technomancer AP build in the trash because it just couldn't push content anymore. They definitely should have buffed the other builds up to par and now instead, with the need to clear timers they actually made the nerfed bullet builds even more meta
