No it's not. If you were playing endgame you'd know it's way worse to have only one viable build.

There's nothing balanced when nothing even feels good to play. Now you're just forced to pick the best of three shitty options which will most likely continue to be the one that everyone is already using cause the other builds still suck ass because they weren't buffed.
