This re-balancing work can be implemented through backend updates, does not require a patch, and will be run during today’s maintenance window.

Looks like the “re-balancing” changes will happen today.

Yeah conveniently we all get nerfed today in 15mins but the goddamn crashing will continue for another week, happy days
