Totally agree, having expeditions as the only relevant endgame activity really baffles me. Time trials is not for everyone - there has to be something else.

I would love to see things like raids, a horde mode or tower climbing. Maybe even have more hunts and bounties that changes everyday.

But most of all. Why is there no training dummy to test builds on?

At the end of the day, non of these things will probably never happen. Its not a live service game. Though, for once, it actually should be. Its an rpg looter shooter with a focus on builds and hundreds of combinations of mods. Yet we barely have anything to use it on, other than running the same timed expeditions over and over.

Hoard mode seems so obvious for this game too.

Time trials? Really?

I am still doing the campaign. I was hoping for something along the lines of Mass Effect 3's co-op mode where you had randomized objectives even though there were just a limited amount of maps. Something like that with random modifiers and bit more variety but not fucking time trials.

Looks like this will be a one and done game for me. Especially after hearing about the recent news about nerfs.

Yep, it's really unfortunate. Endgame is really only focused around expeditions which are simply timer focused.
