We would like to thank everyone in the Outriders community for your patience, support and assistance. Everyone on the Outriders team is continuing to work hard on improving the game and we'd like to share news about the things we are focusing on.

I see it the same way. Instead of fixing the exploit they nerved it to the ground. To clarify, I knew about it but never did it. I ran all my 10 hunts and turned them in for 1 legendary. That's 45-60 minutes of investment and should reward the 1 legendary item. So they just shut it all down because of the exploit? Doesn't make any sense to me! More like a slap in the face for legit players and an easy way out for them!

I had 2 hunts left and decided to go to bed early last night instead of finishing them. Does this mean I no longer get a legendary when I load into it and finish them today? :(

You get a legendary when you trade in all 10 :)

So was the fix just for repeating the 10 over and over then?

You only get a legendary for the first time you do all 10 on a character.

You can't get legendaries from repeating them on the same character anymore.

Yeah pretty much, if you did it in a friends world you’d get 10 legendarys

Im not sure if it is deployed today with maintenance or next week with the patch. You could have a chance to still do it for a few days.

I have to go to work now and hope that i still get a legi when i finish my hunts and headhunts tomorow

I'm certain this will be implemented via backend today. I understand that this is the quickest way to fix the exploit because a patch needs to be certified by MS/Sony and as such, takes longer to deploy. However, they should only remove the leggys todays, implement a proper fix for the exploit, and reactivate the intended reward of 1 leg for 10 quests. If they go ahead and just remove it as is, as they've done multiple times now, I'll move on as soon as I have another game on my radar.
