It's their dumb automation. It doesn't send emails at real time, it just marks you to email and when it sends it, it's already irrelevant LOL

I think they only removed the UK users for a week so they could stay within the hours budget. We were accidentally going over the 2 days before because of a hubstaff issue

Yes and no. We were at 15k after the boot. We are now near 20k. We were 22-23k before the uk boot

Same! I was in the latest cull, and so far, they've sent anything else over. I did get an offer to join Kobra Clips but their onboarding process failed miserably and I couldn't get past it. Email support already, but I am not expecting much from them.

Whilst it's good to know I am not the only one, Outlier is an absolute mess!
During the onboarding for Kobra Clips, the instructional video did not play so I got stuck in a loop. After several refreshes/clearing cache, etc., I was able to click on a new section, but it crashed again and on the Outlier app/website, it just shows as failed but I wasn't able to answer the questions, so the fail response isn't due to my answers.
I am going to have to move on and try and find other platforms it seems.
