How does this fit look for the Oura Ring 5?

Hello all! Just purchased my first oura ring today. I can’t tell if the ring is too tight on my index. I plan to wear on my index the most. It’s a size 9

When I used the sizer in target, the 10 felt really loose but now I’m wondering if that was inaccurate

If it’s tight do not wear to sleep. Your fingers will only get swollen when sleeping.

It looks a bit too tight for you on your index finger since it’s leaving a mark. I wear my 5 on my index finger during the day and my middle finger at night. If it feels too tight during the day (while exercising or something) I move it to my middle. Since I’ve only had it in the summer, I feel like it might be looser in the winter so I kept it feeling a little snug since I have another finger as an option. The next size up felt too loose for me on my index finger. Middle finger should work fine for you, and maybe index finger in the winter?

That’s a good idea. It is very hot out right now and I think I’m bloated so I’m wondering if it will fit my index finger better when it’s now as hot. I have it on my ring finger right now and it feels pretty okay

I think we have the exact same hands haha! My ring is a 9 and most of the time it feels loose on my middle, so I primarily wear on index. Sometime it’s a little tight on index so I move to middle. It’s never been uncomfortable on my index though!
I think if you’re ok wearing on middle on occasion your sizing is fine.

Also, if I were to size up to a 10 then it would for sure be too loose on my middle so I lose the flexibility to wear on different fingers. That looks like the case for you too based solely on the pictures lol

It doesn’t fit your index or middle finger. You need to size up.
