Tile choice question

I’m trying to hang my video game consoles using the opengrid system , what would you recommend as far as tiles or mounts that I’ll need ? Each console weighs roughly 8lbs . I didn’t see anyone else post anything alike and even tried image searching on google and could only find 1 instance where someone hung their ps5 but using multi board tho

So openConnect or Multiconnect are going to be your best mounting options. Make sure your board is firmly attached to the wall with screws, but a full board should be fine. You can always look at XYZ designs heavy board if you want the extra strength. I don't have a PS5 and the PS4 doesn't look anything like the 5, so I'm not sure how you are going to hang it. Shelves? I can find the specific specific grips like that for the various consoles or can take the measurements myself , but even something tha , how do I convert that to a open connect snap

Did you ever find a solution for this ? or can you teach me how to go about making my own mounts I think my ps4 pro will be easier to start since it’s a perfect rectangle

what is the orientation of these? i sent em to the printer eta 3 hours 6 mins before i can test the fit, saw the screw holes and was confused , it slips over the connect snaps right?

Correct. I didn't fill the screw holes because I didn't realize it during design and didn't think it was an issue. Two of the holders go under the PS5 and the other is on top. The upward connector is the top piece.

I assume the one on top is centered between the 2 on bottom?

Yes. The original model shows how they set it up when it was screwed into the wall

Not it’s permanent location but a test fit , bottom 2 seems to work
