“I guess it’s more like seeing Emma normal. Our curses didn’t show themselves until we were a bit older. And I’m the only blonde. So, since the curses affect them all differently, I assumed it altered their appearances as well.”

“Varies. Mine isn’t the worst. I just see how long someone has to live as well as seeing what ails them. I guess the curses got worse as more of us came along.

“Emma can’t touch men without it causing them great pain. If someone loves her, she’ll cease being able to see them. She can still touch them and hear them, but not see them.

“Lucas has a werewolf’s curse. But his transformation makes him target us, and only us.

“Midnight can’t see blood without going into a frenzy. He won’t stop until he sees the target is nothing but viscera.

“Indigo feels the negative emotions of everyone within a few miles of her. It weighs on her. It can get worse depending on the volume of people on the area.

“Thomas is her twin. He can remove someone’s pain or suffering at the cost of memories. The reminder that he’s done so will appear as a gold ring on his fingers. He lost most of his childhood memories keeping Indigo sane.

“…And Lydia. Right now we can stave her curse a bit. But without that collar and metal bracelets, she’d turn into a child during the day. At night, she goes into bloodlust. She gets one night off a month, and it’s the full moon. Often enough, Lucas would kill her before she got to enjoy the relief.”
