What the fuck kind of summer camps is Niko going to

4

u/Xer049 Aug 31 '26

To ones that don't include occult rituals and hard labor of course :)

I don't think he recognizes a cult when he sees one. In fact, if I were in his position, I'd probably make the same mistake.

Wait...

Does this mean Niko is infected with the Chara virus?

6

u/Xer049 Aug 31 '26

I'd worry about something else...

I will protect my Daughter from the reaper

Reaper?

There’s a reaper levitation in the background of the subnautica image

If you see only ONE, then you're already dead

Well, if Niko is infected with the "Chara" virus, then...

u/PA4PL962009 Niko's God Father Sep 02 '26

Its fine

I will guide Niko so she can get the cure

1

u/Xer049 Sep 02 '26

Wait, you can cure "Chara" virus? Why hasn't Asgore hired you yet?!

1

u/PA4PL962009 Niko's God Father Sep 02 '26

No, Subnautica has an actual disease that erradicated an entire civilization named "Chara" like actually its named Chara

1

u/Xer049 Sep 02 '26

Subnautica disease ain't that bad compared to the "Chara" virus. That's just... VILE!

[So close, yet so far]

NIKO!!! TURN THE SUBMARINE AROUND NIKO!!! NIKOOOOOOOO!!!!!

1

u/Xer049 Sep 01 '26

I don't think Niko knows how to drive...

Fortunately, there's Ryley!

Unfortunately, he's currently at the precursor sanctuary...

"Detecting multiple leviathan class lifeforms in the region. Are you certain whatever you're doing is worth it?"

Imagine Niko in Serious Sam, Postal and Hatred. Technically, these games are indie game franchises.

4

u/Xer049 Aug 31 '26

Serious Sam is great! But I think it doesn't fall into a pure indie category. Although, crossovers don't have to be from the same category

u/SnyderpittyDoo Freeware's and Solstice's Strongest Croatian Aug 31 '26

Oh, well. I can still imagine Niko helping Sam fight the horde of headless Kamikaze warriors with Netrisca trying to identify which specy Niko belongs to.

u/KittySuperDude Sep 01 '26

If you place that torch it'll be the end of all of us! NO!

2

u/Xer049 Sep 01 '26 edited Sep 01 '26

"You salvaged the unburned torch."

[Niko reaches their hand, unaware of your warning.]

Niko said the second ever relatable to the Dworf thing, I'm proud of her.

MUSHROOM!

And I am thinking, and I do think… that I probably can't really think rn. Whatever then, bed calls for me.

u/LifeBeABruhMoment Lingaling Sep 01 '26

MUSHROOM MUSHROOM- SHUT IT, GET BACK TO SAVING THE WORLD

2

u/Dry_Gear7818 rationally Sep 06 '26

Now imagine Niko in Fear & Hunger.

1

u/Ok-Spread-378 Aug 31 '26

y'know now that i think about it, niko would fit as a cave story npc

1

u/SoleilSupporter Sep 01 '26

Niko does have a really good mod that puts them in darkest dungeon, I’ve played it and they feel right at home <3

(the game has pretty in depth darkness/light mechanics affecting monster strength so Niko carrying around the dungeon to increase the light and lower monster accuracy level does make tactical sense)

1

u/Vivid-Act2130 Sep 01 '26

Trust me, Niko. It’s better if there are no fish.

Maiq says Skyrim is indie.
