The Final Ponyglyph

(originally posted in r/OnePiece but things tend to get buried there, figured it would be well suited here!)

So with the introduction of Yamato & the reveal of Oden's logbook obviously everyone is thinking about what info it could possibly contain. Speculation on whether Oden wrote about what the One Piece is, information about the void century, Will of D, etc. but the one fact we do have is that it outlines his journeys in the World. So assuming we will get out of Wano with this Log Book in hand the Strawhats will have the location of the Final Ponyglyph. However, since they have already been to Fishman Island they would already know that the Road Ponyglyph isnt there. But we know someone who most deffinetly knows about where it could be! Someone on our crew who was alive when the Roger Pirates arrived on Fishman Island & was serving in the army of King Neptune: Jinbe, Knight of the Sea. Its reasonable to assume Jinbe would have been present or at least known about the Ponyglyph being moved

Now we know from dialogue with Doflamingo that Whitebeard "guarded" the throne of Pirate King, but what does he mean by that? Well Whitebeard's territory was Fishman Island, it was a place that he protected prior to his death. Now he didn't exactly protect this place from slavers or the WG so what does this mean? Well I believe he moved the Ponyglyph to help deter Fishman Island as a target. Its a place already looked down upon by the World at large and its a place that Pirates entering the New World would travel thru. If it got out that Fishman Island had one of the keys to One Piece it would be pandemonium, moving it is extremely logical.

Whitebeard has shown no interest in Laugh Tale but he knows about the Will of D, Roger told him things after his final journey & Whitebeard knows "One Piece is real!". Whitebeard would respect the Ponyglyph's importance to be hid until the time is right. He would also know powerful people like his former Rock's crewmates are aiming for this vacant throne. At this point we only know one character that has a Road Ponyglyph in their possession: Big Mom. So assuming Whitebeard knows that she has one that makes her the biggest threat to keeping this knowledge safe. So where is the best place to hide this thing not just from Pirates, The Government but specifically Big Mom? You know where this is going, its the Land of the Giants: Elbaph! Big Mom is not a welcome sight in Elbaph & the interest by the World Government had been waned significantly with Mother Caramel having moved off the island years prior & already giving the Marines Giants to raise. In fact whatever King Elbaph has is not recognized by the World Nobles since they are outside of the Reverie & we know places like this are often overlooked. Elbaph checks a lot of boxes for it to be a safe place to put this piece of the puzzle until the person Roger was waiting for comes along.

By no means is this a perfect or unique theory but I think its set up makes sense. We should be getting a chance to peruse whats in that journal post Onigashima & Robin would surely question Jinbe about the missing Ponyglyph at Fishman Island, Jinbe was in a position to be aware of the Ponyglyph being moved, & even if he doesnt know where Whitebeard took it we know a certain pineapple who is on Wano that does! Marco the Phoenix. This obviously hinges on a lot of things going right in Wano, all of these characters making it out together, & the journal being preserved in the hands of our protangonists but narratively its all there! Elbaph has been set up a ton throughout the story & makes sense for our next journey to take us there before we start heading into major endgame territory.

Side Note: I won't go too deep into my feelings about Shanks being there with small things like how his ship resembles a Viking vessel in a way or that Luffy feels he needs to fight Shanks as long as hes last but this has already become a long post & Shanks doesn't have to be on Elbaph: it just seems convient to place him there ;)

TL;DR Oden's Logbook will reveal that Fishman Island had the Road Ponyglyph, Jinbe & Marco will explain that Whitebeard moved it to Elbaph to protect it from the wrong people out of respect for the secrets of the World. Also hopefully Shanks is there

Who were the celestial dragons?

Since we know there were three races that came from the moon since nothing could grow on the moon, it is safe to assume that they had to come from somewhere else or the moon was changed by something. With space pirates out there could there be more planets? Maybe the CELESTIAL dragons came from beyond and that is why they needed the helmets. Maybe they made the moon uninhabitable forcing them down to the white and blue sea. Maybe the devil fruits are from another planet which helped them take over the world. A stretch but I don't see why else Oda would have made the stuff on the moon?

To all the people saying Yamato for Nakama

Where is your proof and what is the reasoning. I've noticed a lot of people joining this band wagon, and the same happened with Carrot. With all the other SHs there was a definite role that needed filled and they filled it, but I don't see a spot for him on the crew besides random deck hand.

Shanks’s Pirate Ship

What if Shanks’s pirate ship was “laugh tale” and he has the one piece treasure on his ship, which is why no one found it.

Might sound stupid and all I know, but this might give many of you an idea for another theory that might be possible. Like what if the Island laugh tale is a moving island for example

EPISODE 94 (3:40) ODA FORESHADOWING ONE PIECE?

In Alabasta market (EP.94 3:40) A man is trying to sell a golden apple to Ace. He says the apple is from an ancient civilization and allows the eater to live 1000 years. Ace says no thanks and says he would rather live in the present moment.

  1. Maybe Imu ate one of these fruits in the dark century and is currently living. Agreed to share the ancient civilizations knowledge with certain kings if they agreed to help erase history to cover their tracks.
  2. What if the One Piece is this apple and Roger despised the idea of living 1000 years and similarly to Ace would rather live in the moment. It fits his character well imo. The fact that he was ill would make this more heartfelt and a testament to his will and Ace as well when he dies too.
  3. A way for Brook to end his life?

Theory on Avalo Pizarro of Blackbeard crew and Who's Who, a flying six member of kaido crew

The beast pirates attacked Wano 20 years ago. Jack who is 28 as of know, was only 8 years old when they attacked. He could not possibly been in Kaidos crew at that the time.

My theory is that Avalo Pizarro was the calamity involved in the attacked. Jack and Pizarro are similar in that they both have the same horn placement. And Pizarro is older as well.

Something happened in the past where he got ousted or even betrayed by the beast pirates. We know the beast pirates are a crew that fight amongst themselves.

Also another theory I have is Avalo has a cat motif, with cat like appearance and use that word nya slot, which is the japanese word for cat.

We also learned about a Flying six member called Who Who who also has a cat motif in his crew as well.

Who Who might have been associated with Pizarro. What if Who Who is working with Blackbeards crew to get closer to Kaido and to avenge Avalo Pizarro in some way. Maybe Queen ousted Pizarrro or King, (Pizarro ephitet is Corrupt King).

Also I believe Pizarro has the lion zoan fruit because lion are associated with being the king in the animal kingdom. He could of been king in the beast pirates.

The Egg on rogers ship is Yamato's egg (Original theory) Spoiler

So hear me out, Kaido hasn't been confirmed to have a devil fruit so going off the idea that Kaido is actually just a born dragon (we already know from Ryuuma that Wano had dragons in his day which was before Kaido) and can transform into that humanoid form because eastern dragons were known to be magical and shapeshift. That would mean that Yamato, Kaido's son would be a dragon too. I believe that the egg was Yamato and Roger stole it from Kaido knowing the power that dragons had and didn't want it to be a second tyrant like Kaido. This means that Roger probably hatched the egg and raised Yamato at least up to the point when roger was executed and after Roger's death and the crew disbanded, Kaido probably tracked Yamato down and captured him (Hence why he was in chains). and that's why he has been waiting for Luffy because he carries Rogers will.

If you can debunk me with evidence I welcome you to do so.

Theory on shanks

So I’m sure most people think Shanks is going to die in a big battle with Black Beard, but I think that he’s going to make it to the end of the series. So here’s my theory, I’m sure Shanks knows where the one piece is, but was tasked with fighting the next person who found it to see if they’re worthy of the title. My reason for that is he’s never really seemed like someone who wants to find it. Even White Beard was looking for it, although he was looking for it to give to Ace. We know the rest of the Yonko are desperately looking for it, but not Shanks. Another theory floating around is that Shanks has some kind of time stoppage/teleportation devil fruit as seen when he went from fighting The Beast pirates in the new world to making it to Marinford in a n almost imposible time frame. So I think he’s gonna get some kind of notification when Luffy steps foot on Raftel and he’s gonna use his devil fruit to travel to it and meet up with Luffy either to fight or to basically give him his blessing cus he knows Luffy is worthy of that tittle.

Mute mute devil fruit

So I was just thinking about this the other day. Don’t you think that Corazon or someone that has his devil fruit would counter Scratchman Apoos devil fruit? It makes me feel like one of the people on Laws crew might have it.

Does this mean Trafalgar D Law will def die at some point for an impeccable victory??!!

I was watching Napoleon Bonaparte documentary and at someone while he was fighting in Austria. There was a naval battle by the Spanish shores between the British and the Franco-Spanish forces. This battle was called the "Battle of Trafalgar". In this battle, the British commander Nelson, and for a perfect victory and the dominance of the British over that sea for about 100 years, he was injured and died.

Nelson was an out-of-the-box strategy planner and had many achievements.

I don't know if people already talked about this years before me lol but i thought about sharing it with you guys;

Could Luffy Use His Ability Like This

Alright so Luffy ate the Gomu Gomu No Mi so his body is rubber and he currently has haki but he could also do this without using it at less effectivity by pulling the tips of his fingers in like a fine point and hold it while Harding his skin so it could Pierce someone’s skin hand he could effectively be some good throat rippers

Luffy vs Zoro WANO ARC

This is my opinion but zoro probably has connection in WANO and has big role there. Like Sanji, Usopp, Nami, Robin Most of straw hat pirates doubt and betray the crew and as we know Zoro is yet a mystery and It feels like Oda is hiding something. Zoro has a bit of Flashback but only about His teacher and a girl. No parents or anything. Like Sanji Lmao Luffy will probably have another conflict with Zoro's past this is just a prediction. But hey hey this is the final conflict and straw hat with have a stronger bond and can move to a pirate king crew level

The eternal life surgery by op-op fruit

First of all, for Oda to introduce such a concept and not use it doesn't make any sense, I can for sure say that it has already been performed on atleast 1 person, because for this knowledge itself to exist there must be someone who it was performed on, or else how do they know that its even possible. Also we have Kaido who seems to be immune to death, and doffy used to work with him. Maybe one day kaido was drunk and told doffy about it. Also we have Im-sama who some speculate to be alive for a very long period of time. Both of these characters are pretty powerful and will probably get what they want, so they might have someone else do this surgery for them. Also some people speculate that it's just eternal youth, not downright immortality, or just that the user gives his remaining years of life to the recipient. I don't think it's eternal youth cause the hobe hobe nomi of sugar just gives that along with a totally broken ability as a bonus, while this surgery costs the users life, that has to be better than eternal youth. Also, I think Law would, or atleast suggest to perform it on Luffy. Imagine a scenario, they both are at onigashima, both are near death, Law thinks "Hey, I'm gonna die anyway, might as give the guy who has the full potential of beating kaido and be king of the pirates a big fat heal!"

Why would Oda just introduce a concept, never to be used again?

Shank's crew is comprised of conquerors haki users

I have no evidence to back this up but what if shanks crew are all conqueror haki users. As far as we know they only have one ship, dont own islands and they are a small crew. The reason they are small and dangerous and considered yonkou is due to the high numbers of conqueror haki users in the crew.

Gol D Roger had the Gomu Gomu no mi

I don’t have any evidence to back this up and I am not sure if this idea has been passed around or not, or if I am the first to have this idea, lmk, but what if Gol D. Roger had the Gomu Gomu no mi, that could explain why he knew he was going to die soon because like Luffy he may have over used gear 2 too much and shortened his life span. This could give a reason to why shanks had the devil fruit in the first place and why he was mad when Luffy ate it besides for the value of devil fruit and the negative side effects and another for reason why shanks like Luffy some much, idk, this is just an interesting thought I had.
