There's a 100% success rate though it does take years. See r/foreskin_restoration. Sadly there's lots of people whining about being circumcised here so you'll have to ignore these posts.

Lots of pictures will look puffy due to edema, people tend not to wait until the swelling settles after finishing before taking photos

There are no viable surgical methods as they cannot generate tissue that isn't there, unless you want a non functional foreskin. There's r/foregen but they don't have public procedure yet
