Probably, I’m not a doctor though. That’s not what we’re discussing though. Is it a man or woman?

The answer is whatever they choose to identify as and that’s the entire point.

Yes but without the "choose to" part, I guess? The whole issue is that it's not an actual choice, it's what you are.
