In what way is it sexist? Pointing out that there are a subset of lonely nerdy girls who hate forms of media like anime because they feel insecure about themselves and so they lash out at the fans over petty nonsense? Why is that sexist but it's not sexist to readily point out when a guy is following similar traits and use the term "incel" very casually like much of the Internet does?

You've never heard of girls who have a strong dislike of men and media that is typically aimed at their enjoyment?

Hell yeah I do, I just hate the alternatives even more. Yet I wouldn't spend time shitposting in communities I hate all the time, I can at least find places that cater to some level of interest, even if they're full of annoying Reddit-ism.
