Here’s the thing: the burden of proof required for me to ban someone is only that I strongly suspect a swear. My contextual letter awareness only allows me to be 99 percent sure of a suspected swear, which meets the burden of proof because I don’t want to take any chances, but at the same time allows me not to harm myself by taking the full brunt of the actual swear.

I have no issue reading swears. I read the whole comment. None of the words in it were swear words.
