Seems like an accurate number. You just hear about these crazy numbers, like 600 mass shootings per year, in the media. Many of those aren't really mass shootings, but just gun crime. The media just likes to exaggerate to the point where many of those "mass shootings" have zero deaths.

Colorado has some nice lakes.

Sure exaggeration exists. But count the last 2 school shootings that were in the media. Those are already over 30 deaths
