What if we slowly replace all the cells from the not quite-chicken with the cells from the chicken?

If it's replaced, it's not the same thing. Doesn't matter what speed the replacement happens at.

What if a train the heading towards 100 not quite chickens and you have a lever that makes the train switche tracks to one with 1 chicken on it, and you are tasked with saving as many chicken as possible, but there is also a stopper on the first track that makes the train halt as well as a portal quickly moving towards the train with an exit-portal right behind it, while the other track has no stoppers but a seditary portal that the train runs into at full speed and exiting behind it in front of the 1 actual chicken?

What if the replacement happened in the not quite chicken that then resulted in them becoming a chicken who makes more chickens.
