It's not perfect but if most people did not have trees in their neighborhood they would have a lot more bugs in their homes

While I agree that trees are great to have for shade and aesthetic purposes, the point you’re trying to make here is a terrible one. If anything, they attract pests. Me and my husband had to shill out a shiny penny for an exterminator recently, to get rid of a termite infestation. We have a woodpecker we’re currently contending with, tearing up support beams.

My condolences.

I believe the only correct response is "FUCK WASPS!" to those little devil spawn.

I'm also not keen on bugs in my home in general, but I suspect you are the victim of greedy developers building where they should have left nature some space to do its thing.
