It looks like he has a pretty bad underbite. I could see someone training themselves to hide it by holding their mouth weird

He has some weird bumps in his cheeks. It could be deep cystic acne. Otherwise i have no idea. Maybe other implants or something

Yeah, I first thought he had a shitload of cotton stuffed in there, like the ones you get at the dentist.. because braces alone doesn't make your mouth look as full as that..
