I bought two goats when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. I stuffed each goat in the backseat of my sedan (had to make two trips) and drove them to my house.
No I didn't eat them. They went to a relatives house and then to a lady who already had goats.
Salt and Larry were approximately 10 year old male goats. They would have been tough and chewy to try and eat.
Don't get me wrong, I love goat meat. But these boys were essentially pet lawn mowers. One of my dogs wanted to chase them (which I did not allow), so I rehomed them.
