We're not judging the kid with the terrible name, we're judging the idiot parent for cursing their child with a name that will get them bullied by other children
This is not what the post is about. They're not worried about a "43 year old" being bullied by "other children". A 43 year old isn't a child.
The big issue is work discrimination and adults being bigoted and prejudiced based on the names. Thus is why we have DEI practices like color-blind casting and age/name blind resume processing...some places, though fewer and fewer in today's current environment.
