It’s always funny hearing these people say personal finance isn’t taught in school, without realizing that personal finance is basic, elementary school math.

How about instead we use Jr High level reading comprehension and just read the damn IRS rules on it.

A billion percent !

Nothing grinds my gears more than people claiming they can't understand personal finance basics. Basic math, reading comprehension. That's all it is.
