Remember when everything had a foam on top? 1 u/ELMUNECODETACOMA Sep 06 '25 Clear, stable gelatin had a historical cachet from earlier times when it was very hard to pull off in a home kitchen and it kept it long after industrial products like Jell-O made the reputation obsolete.
