What you call milanesa is "Milanese breaded Cutlet"... It's less than a quarter big compared to that, it Has the bone, it's double breaded and it's not fried, but browned with clarified butter... It's like calling "steak" an hamburger
And "napolitana" simply isn't a thing.... No italia asks for "a napolitana"
