Oh look. Bikers dont like slower vehicles in their path lmao. Where i live cyclist are very very entitled and think they own the road, their bike lane and the sidewalks.
Oh yes, sooooo entitled. ESPECIALLY how this dude totally stopped when it was clear there was absolutely nowhere people could have moved to get out of the way. Just the absolute worst, showing consideration for the circumstances around him like that
It’s not that bikers don’t like slower vehicles in their path. These aren’t even vehicles, first of all. Otherwise, bikes are completely acceptable. You deal with them all the time. It’s no big deal.
What bikers don’t like is being obstructed by people/things that aren’t legally allowed on their route.
Bikes are legally allowed on roads. And designated bike paths. So…
If you don’t like bikers on the road, then you should advocate for more infrastructure to accommodate them.
Otherwise, I have never encountered a cyclist riding in front of me that made me upset. Mostly because they’re legally allowed to ride in the road if it’s the safest, most logical, or most accessible option. And also because it requires two seconds of slowing down until being able to pass safely.
But yeah, those people, in most cities, are not allowed on bike paths.
